1987 560 SL roadster stereo, antenna , and clock not working

I can't get fuse #12 to stop blowing up.

I can't get the number 12 fuse to stop blowing up. I have gone through 3 already. My stereo , antenna, and clock stop working because the fuse blew up. Now I cannot replace it because it burns up each time. It happened after a Kenwood stereo was installed with bluetooth, navigation, and sirius added.
