In the course of "fixin" issues with my car (Climate Control, Idle, Cold Start, Hot Start, General Performance):
- Engine Vacuum (measured off the manifold) should ideally be between 17 and 22 inches. I had 10-15. Climate control testing uses 17 as a pass criteria
- Initially replaced all visible vacuum connections (with air cleaner off) and improved it a bit (but not to minimum of 17). Actuator pods worked slowly, except fresh-air pods which needed more "Wheaties". Replaced Check Valves on engine, and saw further improvements.
